International Ltd. (Nasdaq:FLEX) will provide Proxim with full
turnkey manufacturing services for all current and future

David King, chairman, president and CEO of Proxim, stated, ``By
outsourcing production of our HomeRF products to Flextronics, we're
confident that we can better meet increasing industry demands for
wirefree solutions.''
In addition to working with Proxim, Flextronics will work directly

``A Proxim-Flextronics alliance is strategic for both of these
companies and for the wireless industry at large,'' explained Michael
Marks, chairman and CEO of Flextronics. ``Our fast and flexible
manufacturing capabilities are the perfect match for Proxim's HomeRF
